AI development systems for product teams

More business. Fewer engineers. Architects stay.

Devrecated Solutions builds governed AI development systems for small and mid-size businesses. A small team ships what used to take a department — without shipping code nobody can defend.

A process, not a prompt
Vendor plugins give an agent an API. Autodevelop gives it a ticket, acceptance criteria, and a gate.
Evidence on every release
DocPuppet captures what the running application actually does and returns a verdict against intended behavior.
Measured in your repository
We baseline the numbers we report, in your code, before the engagement starts.

Products

One system, sold whole or in pieces.

Autodevelop is the flagship. The parts that stand on their own are sold on their own.

  • Flagship

    Autodevelop

A governed development system, delivered as a service.

Typed intake from the people who use the product, tickets with acceptance criteria, gates that decide when a change may ship, and an audit trail connecting every production change to the request behind it.

  • Standalone

    DocPuppet

Release evidence for a running application.

Point it at a deployed origin and a spec. It plans the capture, writes stills and an optional video tour, writes how-tos and a changelog, and returns a verdict on whether the product matches the behavior the developer intended.

  • Standalone

    LayoffAnalyzer

A 0–100 read on development output.

Scores a repository's delivery over rolling windows against a house midpoint of 50 and returns the Devrecated or Not Devrecated call. One algorithm, shared with Autodevelop, with no dollar amounts attached.

Developers are not obsolete. Unreviewed slop is. Autocomplete is a cheat code for syntax, not for architecture.

How an engagement runs

Four moves, in order.

Every subscription includes the people who tune the system as your product and your tooling move.

  1. 01

    Baseline

We measure cycle time, change failure rate, and code turnover in your repository before anything changes.

  2. 02

    Install the process

Typed intake, tickets with acceptance criteria, and authored skills fitted to your stack and your product.

  3. 03

    Gate the work

Deterministic checks run in your CI first, so reviewer attention only goes to what a machine cannot decide.

  4. 04

    Report the outcome

Executives get a weekly development value report. The three operational measures are reported monthly.

What we report

Numbers you can check in your own repository.

Output volume is easy to inflate and, on its own, is a poor signal. These three measures get baselined in your code at the start of an engagement and reported against that baseline.

Cycle time
Request accepted to change in production.
Change failure rate
Share of production changes that need a fix, rollback, or patch.
Code turnover
Share of merged code reverted or rewritten within thirty and ninety days.
