Autodevelop
A governed development system, delivered as a service.
Official vendor plugins give an agent an API. Autodevelop gives the agent a process: typed intake, tickets with acceptance criteria, gates that decide when a change may ship, and an audit trail connecting every production change to the request that caused it.
Who it is for
Teams where the same people are close to the customer and the repository.
A support lead who notices a rough edge in the tool they use every day should be able to describe the change, have it typed and scored against existing work, and watch it move through a defined approval path — without filing into a queue another department triages.
Architecture
Four planes with different jobs.
Keeping them separate is the central design decision. An agent decides for itself whether to call a remote tool, so enforcement has to live somewhere the agent does not control.
- Intake
- Hosted apps and an embeddable widget where the people who use your product submit requests. Every submission is typed, scored against prior work, and wrapped as untrusted content before an agent reads it.
- Knowledge
- A hosted layer holding the playbooks we author for your organization, your context library, and retrieval over both. A subscription token gates it.
- Editor shim
- A thin local layer inside the editor that relays decisions rather than making them. A remote gate is advice; a local hook that returns a denial is a control.
- Control
- The gates that actually block a change live in your CI — not in the editor and not in the model's context. They hold when a model declines to cooperate, and they survive a team switching editors.
The everyday path
Eight commands. One pass.
A business user files a typed request. The agent runs in the team's coding tool until the job is done. A developer reviews the pull request. Context in your organization library is what makes a single pass hold.

Release gating
A change ships when it satisfies conditions, not when a timer expires.
Conditions scale with blast radius. Low-risk surfaces clear on automated checks plus a short review. Schema migrations, authentication, billing, personal data paths, and infrastructure never clear on a short review, regardless of how confident the agent is.

What we report
Baselined at the start, reported on a schedule.
Executives receive a weekly development value report. These three operational measures are baselined in your repository at the start of the engagement and reported monthly.
- Cycle time
- Request accepted to change in production.
- Change failure rate
- Share of production changes that need a fix, rollback, or patch.
- Code turnover
- Share of merged code reverted or rewritten within thirty and ninety days.
Packages
Monthly term. Product, tokens, and hours.
The contract is the product, the monthly token allotment, and the monthly support hours. Hosted inference for work run through Autodevelop is included within that allotment rather than metered back to you.
| Monthly price | Tokens / month | Support hours / month |
|---|---|---|
| $20,000 | 10 million | 50 |
| $40,000 | 25 million | 100 |
| $60,000 | 50 million | 150 |
- What the hours buy
- Authoring and revising skills for your stack, tuning gates as failure modes appear, adjusting intake types as the product changes, release provisioning, and debugging a bad release. This is how the system stays fitted.
- At the top package
- Early access to new features, custom integrations, and a white-labeled intake widget and microfrontends carrying your brand.
